This book of poetry is an elegantly written collection of a variety of views on erotic and intimate moments. I would certainly recommend this to anyone who enjoys poetry.
It is poety, not necessarily a story book
I really enjoyed these poems. Yes, a couple of them are a little too long and complicated to understand, but all in all I thought it was a delightful collection. Although Im sure most of them were a little "scandalous" for their time, I wouldnt call them erotic. Its more of a collection of love poems, poetry lovers will enjoy!
As a long time lover of poetry of all kinds, I decided to purchase this collection. There are more than thirty selections in this text, some are short, which I enjoy, and some are long, too long in my opinion. There are several erotic poems from well known famous poets. Some of these include John Keats, Walt Wittman, William Butler Yeats, Emily Dickinson, and Robert Browning to name a few.
In conclusion, if you enjoy reading poetry with the spice of lust within its verses you will enjoy this volume. If you enjoy reading erotic poems you might want to seek out some of the Japanese and Chinese lusty poem collections.
